1. Do I have to create an account mandatorily to buy products?
Account creation is not mandatory. You can shop anytime with us as guest login. However, we suggest you to create an account with us so that you don’t have to enter your details each time you shop with us. Also,it allows you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account” after you sign in to your account.
2. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once the payment has been made successfully, we will process your order and send a confirmation mail to the email address provided to us with a unique Order ID. Kindly use this ID for any further communication / reference with us related to that particular order.
Once the payment is successfully made, if you have not received any emails, get in touch with us immediately after checking your spam folder as sometimes the mails may land in spam folder as well. We request you to provide us correct and working email id for the same.
3. How can I change/cancel my order?

9. Will the product shown in the image be delivered as it is?
Yes. The Pictures of the products shown in the images are the best representation of the product and has been taken in natural lighting. Therefore what you see is what you will receive, However there may be minor colour variation due to the photography and the lighting. Colors may vary based upon your screen resolution/brightness and other settings. Quills & Spills shall not be responsible for such variations.
10. What is the Size of the product?
The approximate dimensions of the products are being displayed under the product image along with the other details of the product. In order to help the customers with the sizing we have also provided a sizing chart and necklace guide in Inches and Cms. Kindly refer the same before you place an order. 11. Do you take up 1 day delivery?
No. We require a minimum of 3-5 working days for processing the orders. Since we have to ensure quality, kindly give us the stated timelines in order to check and pack your order with utmost care.
12. Will the products be checked for any damages/defects before dispatch?
Each item is cleared off a quality check before packing and will be packed with utmost care before shipment. Therefore chances of receiving a damaged product are very less. However in case of receipt of damaged items Please do follow the steps as mentioned in the Return and Refunds Policy.
13. Where is your shop?
We Don’t have a commercial outlet yet and it is an independent home based business being operated online only. We have an Facebook and Instagram page.
14. How do I buy the product?
All available products are displayed on our website and the orders can be placed through the same. In case of International customers, the orders shall be processed via email. Therefore for placing the orders kindly reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
15. What is a product I like is Sold Out?
If a product is shown as sold out, it means the items/products are no longer available in stock. Most of our products are limited in stock since they are exquisite and handcrafted. However, certain products can be specifically restocked/made on order basis. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRE-ORDER TIMELINES DIFFER FROM THE REGULAR TIMELINES. HENCE SHALL BE TAKEN UP ONLY ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS. PREORDERS ARE AT TH DISCRETION OF QUILLS & SPILLS AND HENCE PROCESSED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS ONLY. PLEASE CHECK THE PRE ORDER TIMELINES WITH US BEFORE PROCEEDING TO ORDER THE SAME.

16. Is there any guarantee for products? WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEE/WARRANTY FOR THE FANCY JEWELRY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GERMAN SILVER AND IMITATION JEWELRY. However, we strive to provide you the best quality products and that most of our products are handcrafted by rural artisans across India.
17. What are the products made of?
The handcrafted German Silver products are made of Brass with a copper mix handcrafted by rural artisans. They are premium products hence the cost corresponds to the quality we provide. We also stock fancy quality German silver on rotational basis which are made of iron.
In case of imitation jewelry, all our imitation jewelries are Copper based and may or may not have matte finish based on the product model.
18. Is German silver made of Silver.
No. German Silver contains 0% silver and is based only of brass/copper/iron. We may have Pure silver items which will be explicitly mentioned as Pure silver/925 silver/92.5 % silver in the description. Except those nothing else contains a silver component in it unless specifically mentioned in the product description. Please check the product description before placing the orders.
19. Is Imitation jewelry means gold plated?
No. Imitation jewelry contains 0% gold and is not gold plated as well and is based only of copper and is non replishable. In case of any such repolishable contents the same will be explicitly mentioned in the description. No imitation jewelry is replishable unless specifically mentioned in the product description. Please check the product description before placing the orders.
20. Can you send pics to my WhatsApp number/Email?
Unfortunately No, Due to growing number of enquiries, we may not be able to send across individual pictures to WhatsApp/email except in case of made to order/pre-order items. We request you to check our website for available products and prices as we update our site regularly. We can send you product links if you have difficulty finding them.
21. Is the WhatsApp number available for calls? Can I call to discuss a query?
Unfortunately, that may not be possible. As it is practically impossible for us to cater to phone calls for regular product related queries. In case where we cannot reach you in WhatsApp/email or where we may not be able to access WhatsApp we ourselves will make sure and call and update you the status. Except in those circumstances, All other queries shall and will be answered via email/WhatsApp only. We ensure that we get back to you as soon as possible given our timelines. Business/Other enquiries via WhatsApp will be answered between 10 am- 08 pm except Sundays
22. Can you intimate us when the product is restocked?
Sorry No. Unfortunately, It turns out to be close to impossible to revert to queries regarding each product to various customers, we request the customers to turn on post notifications of our Instagram handle and also follow us on Facebook to get regular product updates. We also have a newsletter which you can subscribe to via the website in order to get cool offers and notifications in priority. We assure you we will be updating all the social media handles regularly for product updates and other offers.
23. Do you WhatsApp broadcast group?
Unfortunately No, Since the enquiries get multifold on each day, we do not have and we may not be able to start any broadcast group to keep you guys updated! Sorry about that!
