Cancellation Policy
The placed orders can be cancelled is only within 3 hours of placing it and not anytime later. You can Email us on quillsandspillsin@gmail.com with your order number to cancel.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CANCELLATION IS APPLICABLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE ‘ON SALE’ FROM TIME TO TIME.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE – except in cases of Damaged/Defective products or Incorrect products.
- We ensure that we display the products as it is in the natural colour and in daylight, and we also ensure the description of the product including size and weight are precise (Please refer to our sizing guide for reference before ordering). However there may be minor colour variation due to the photography and the lighting.
- Kindly reach us out with any product related queries by mailing us at quillsandspillsin@gmail.com before ordering the product.
- On receiving a damaged product, kindly mail us with the product picture at quillsandspillsin@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- The damaged product needs to be reshipped back to us within 48 hours of communication. Any delay on initiating the return of the product with in the said duration would make it ineligible for return / replacement/ refund. The address for return shall be communicated to you at the time of return. The tracking details of the return package needs to be passed on to us once the shipping has been done, however it would be the responsibility of the customer till the package reaches us.
- The customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the product return. The product need to be unused and shall be returned in the original packaging.
- Incase of return of a product the refund / replacement shall be processed only after the receipt of the returned product. The status of the returned product shall be verified by us and incase of any further damage to the product due to the return transit shall be adjusted against the product value and only to the extent of the balance shall be replaced / refunded if applicable. The replacement of any product is purely depending on the availability of the product. Incase of any adjustments made and excess amount need to be paid by the customer, the replaced product would be shipped only after the said payment.
- Incase of refunds, the same shall be processed with in 2-5 working days after returned product is received and the status of the product is verified by our team.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT, Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage. There are rare chances that during transition beads or stones may have fallen. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. If unaware kindly reach out to us and ask for the details and we will explain it to you in the maximum possible manner. Once the agreed product is received by you in good condition the personal liking towards a product after receiving the correct product or non-suitability of a product on yourself IS NOT A GROUND FOR RETURN/REFUND/REPLACEMENT. We shall not be responsible for any such mismatch and we expect customers to be aware of the product details.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RETURNS / REFUND IS APPLICABLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE ‘ON SALE’ FROM TIME TO TIME – i.e THE ITEMS ON SALE SHALL NOT BE RETURNED / REFUNDED ON ANY ACCOUNT except in case of DELIVERY OF WRONG ITEMS / INCORRECT PRODUCTS.
